It's the gift and the curse of Portland's booming economy coupled with folks yearning for the great outdoors. As with most laws of supply and demand, the product reflects a finite amount of parks contributing to a fairly inelastic product. It is my opinion that park prices will remain fair despite the price hike. But, reasonable minds can differ, and often do.
